A coaching space designed to help Christian women slow down. Life can pull us in many directions but what if we paused to listen as part of our daily rhythm?
"Be still, and know that (HE is) God" (Psalms 46:10),
and listen to what He is saying—not just with our ears, but with our mind, heart, and body.
Born from my own journey of stressing myself out to be the “perfect” mom, wife, friend, Christian, health enthusiast, and homemaker, I was physically stopped in my tracks and had to learn to pause and listen—first to God, then to myself and others.
Although it is a great place to start, Pause to Listen is not just about finding quiet moments. As outlined in The Realife Process®, we embrace listening in order to define who we are, to craft actionable steps & effectively manage our time, and to create space for His voice to be the loudest in our daily lives so that we can do what matters most.
As we listen, we grow. As we grow, we step into the fullness of who God has called us to be—mind, heart, and body aligned with His purpose.
