 “I’m a follower of Christ who loves encouraging others to Pause to Listen - because when we slow down and truly listen to our hearts, minds, bodies, and most importantly, to God, that’s when life is lived best.” 

 I’m a certified Realife Process® Coach who loves walking alongside women as they discover who they are and where God is calling them. My own health journey, along with my background in social work and deep values of faith and connection, have shaped the way I coach with peace and compassion. 

Marrying my best friend, Matt, in 1998 and becoming a mom in 2000 led me into a season of homeschooling and raising our four daughters. We learned and grew together, sometimes in beautiful ways and sometimes through really hard moments, calling ourselves “TEAM ISGER.” Now, as our girls step into new chapters, Matt and I are, too.

Like you, my life is a story, one filled with God’s presence, grace, and invitations to grow. I haven’t “arrived” yet - it's definitely an ongoing journey. I’ve walked through highs and lows, deep connections and lonely seasons, surrender and struggles, confidence and fear. But through it all, God’s love never has, and never will, fail.

Those same invitations to growth, love, and grace are for you, too.
